A World of Hope

It’s a new year, and we’re kicking 2018 off with a bang with our newest Lalabye Baby exclusive print: A World of Hope!

In A World of Hope, you will see chic patterned silhouettes of six of the seven continents in a variety of vibrant colors set against a subtly patterned black background featuring scattered, very dark-gray square pixels.

See if you can find North America, South America, Africa, Europe, Asia, Australia, and…not Antarctica! (How many of you with grade-school kids started singing the continents song? Ha!) Because Antarctica has no permanent residents, is constantly change size, and its sheer size would take over half the design (if designed in relevant size to the other continents) we decided to exclude it. For example, if we had decided to include Antarctica, it would have to take up a larger space than the United States alone. (Sorry, Antarctica!)

This print is unlike anything we have done before. Literally. This is the first time Lalabye Baby has utilized a newer technology called positional printing.

What does that mean? It means that every diaper’s design is upright on the front and upright on the back. They’re all the same! No cut off countries here! No need for bum requests! Everyone gets the same gorgeous diaper! Wahoo!

Melissa and Kristen released the diaper as a surprise to Lalabye fans and retailers alike live from Disney World’s Magic Kingdom in front of the Small World ride (of course!) on Monday, and the diaper will be stocked for sale on Thursday, January 25th, 2018 at 12:00 PM EST/11:00 AM CST on LalabyeBaby.com and participating retailers.
