Lalabye Baby has been changing the way you do diapers since 2012. In that time, we’ve done quite a bit to help out this beautiful earth of ours.
“No one knows how long it takes for a disposable diaper to decompose, but it is estimated to be about 250-500 years, long after your children, grandchildren and great, great, great grandchildren will be gone.”
Since 2012, we have saved approximately 9 million disposable diapers from ending up in the landfill, if you consider that each cloth diaper lasts for an average of 150 changes before it can be reused as a swim diaper-an even longer life cycle!
“Disposable diapers generate sixty times more solid waste and use twenty times more raw materials, like crude oil and wood pulp… [and] the manufacture and use of disposable diapers amounts to 2.3 times more water wasted than cloth.”
